This decadent desserts are found at a lot of indian weddings or during Diwali,Ramadan and I know people who also make it for Christmas,get togethers and party's
This SOJI is a staple during Ramadan in my house

INGREDIENTS 

250g butter
1 cup tastee wheat
1 liter milk
1 large egg
1 tin condensed milk
2 tsp dessicated coconut
1 tsp elachi powder
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp egg yellow (food coloring in powder form)
2 TBsp sultanas
Coloured and slivered almonds
1 tin nestle cream (290g)

METHOD 

Melt butter in a pan and add cinnamon stick. Once melted add the tastee wheat and allow to brown a little while stirring (it will burn quick if you don't stir ) when you see flecks of brown appearing take of the heat. Now add the sultanas and coconut and mix.  Beat milk and egg together and add to tastee wheat,mix then return to heat and allow to thicken, when it starts to thicken add condensed milk, elachi and food coloring and continue to mix until thickens(should come away from pot and should be scoopable.)
Serve with nestle cream by either adding it to the pot and gently fold in before serving with slivered almonds or spoon into desired bowls and top with nestle cream and almonds.
