Tandoori Chicken Buns:

INGREDIENTS
TANDOORI FILLING

2 to 3 chicken fillets 
1 TBSP tandoori masala
1 TBSP ginger and garlic
1 tsp dry herbs
1 TBSP yogurt
Salt to taste
Pinch of food colour 
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Kashmir chilli powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp jeera powder
¼ tsp black pepper powder
Chopped dhania(coriander)
Chopped mint
1TBsp tomato sauce
1TBsp mayonnaise
½ TBsp chilli sauce

METHOD

Cut chicken into small pieces.
Marinate chicken with all the ingredients except the dhania and sauces
Keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
Add oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat,
Once chicken done add the chopped coriander and mint.
Now add tomato sauce,mayonnaise,chili sauce.
Mix all well.
Now add teaspoon butter and mix till butter is melted through, remove and keep aside to cool.

TO MAKE DOUGH FOR BUNS
INGREDIENTS

2 cups warm water
5 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon yeast
2 cups flour
¾ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon milk powder

METHOD

 Mix together and set aside for 10-15 minutes.Then add:1⁄2 cup oil3 cups flour+ 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)Mix well and knead until combined then use as desired.

TO ASSEMBLE AND BAKE

Roll out dough ( not to thin) and cut out circles with cookie cutters, add about 1 tsp filling and seal by pinching dough together, flip and press slightly down, place on greased and lightly floured sheet and brush with beaten egg. At this point it can be baked at 180⁰C for 15 to 20 minutes or frozen on the sheet and once frozen can be put in an air tight container and put back in the freezer, ready to use when you want
