INGREDIENTS

Cut up some ready made patha(found in the frozen food section in shop and supermarket's)
in like small cubes,
Fry slightly and Keep aside.

 TOMATO SAUCE 
INGREDIENTS

1 Tin tomato puree
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp chilli flakes

METHOD

Make a tomato chutney with tomato puree,onion,salt,turmeric and chilli,
Cook in very little oil on low. (place all ingredients into a processor and pulse about 4 to 5 times before cooking.)

SET UP

Roll out a ready puff pastry dough into a rectangle 
spread the chutney on the pastry
Sprinkle with the fried pattas
Roll up tight like a Swiss roll and Keep in freezer for 10 - 12 minutes so it will be easy to cut. 
Cut it 2 cm thick rounds
Place on a greased baking tray and brush the top with a beaten egg.
You can sprinkle poppy or sesame seeds on top
This can be frozen to be baked at a later stage
When required bake at 180 for 25 minutes or until light golden in colour
