INGREDIENTS

½ to 1loaf of white bread
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp dhania jeera powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
Pinch of salt

METHOD

Tear bread into pieces and place into processor add all spices and process

If it gets stuck open move bread around with spoon and close and process again until fine crumbs.

NOTES 

If you don't like your crumbs to be too hot please half all spices.
