INGREDIENTS

 4 to 5 apples, peeled,cored and chopped

1 cup berries ( strawberries and blueberries)

2 TBSP sugar

Juice of ½ lemon


METHOD

 Cook all the above ingredients in a pan on medium, until fruit is soft. Put in a blender and puree.

Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread puree ( not to thin as it will burn).

Bake at 110⁰C for about 4 to 5 hours

It should feel dehydrated and tacky but not wet

Once cooled cut into strips. Roll and store in air tight container.
