300 g chicken mince
1 small onion
1 tsp ginger and garlic
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp jeera powder
¼ tsp dried oregano
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp paprika
¼ cup chopped dhania

Saute onions and ginger and garlic in a little oil on med low heat, when golden remove and set aside.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well,then add onion mix and combine thoroughly.
With oiled hands roll into small balls, dip each ball into beaten egg and then roll in crumbs.
Deep fry in oil on med low heat until chicken is cooked ( about 10 min).
