INGREDIENTS

500g butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup corn flour
3 cups flour

METHOD

Cream butter, when light and fluffy then add icing sugar and mix well.
Then add the corn flour and mix,add the flour and mix into a soft dough.
Using a biscuit machine or a piping pag wit a nozzle  pipe biscuits onto a lightly greased and lined tray decorate with cherries, hundred and thousands,and chocolate vermicelli and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes on 180'.

Can also be dipped in melted chocolate.
