INGREDIENTS

4 ½ tablespoons klim
1 L milk
2 ½ teaspoon china grass powder 
2 tablespoon custard powder
1 can condensed milk
1 tin nestle cream
1 tablespoon elachi  powder
½ teaspoon rose essence

METHOD

In a bowl mix together klim, 1 cup of milk,china grass powder and custard powder. Bring the remaining milk to a boil,add klim mixture to the boiling milk little at a time . Mix with a whisk to prevent any lumps.
When mixture starts to thicken, take off the heat. Now add in the condensed milk,nestle cream, elachi  powder,and rose essence.
Pour into a dish and leave to set in the fridge. Garnish with coloured almonds
